Sometimes it is ok to not feel like going to the gym or to workout.
I am the kind of person that always wants to do her max and I end up ashamed of myself pretty easily when I can’t complete my “do list”.
I have to admit with this constant pressure for my projects I often have no energy to put in lifting weights 🏋️ This doesn’t help my mental state because when I prioritize my work I end up ashamed for not exercising. This is why these days I try to find a balance, no matter how much I pressure myself with work I try to leave my chair and exercise.
Because this feeling of accomplishment is so satisfying.
I also am wanting to be a true “fit girl” this year so I know that I have to push further.
