Let's be honest for a second..
Do you really think fit girls are always on flex mode?
No my friend, most of the time I'm the bloated lady on the left.
I love food and I fuel my body with 4 to 6 meals a day. 
[Meals that are healthy, sugar free and vegan. So don't be too scared, my diet is the one of an health freak.]
So next time you'll envy girls with their extra bodies, remember that at the end of the day we're all the same.
Side notes for all the people that believe vegans are weak and can't grow muscles.
I never had such energy and such muscle gain before when I used to eat chicken, eggs and fish.
Now that I am vegan my muscles regenerate a lot faster and my soreness after intense workouts only bother me for a day when it used to be 3 to 4 days.
Do you still think vegan bodies are weak?
Question the antibiotics you eat daily, they are the one making you sick and they kill your strength when you can be 10 times more efficient without them.
